Chapter Four, Part Two

*Author Note: There's a song in this chapter as well and it is: From This Moment by Shania Twain, again, I had issues with putting a clickable link in so you'll have to youtube it as well. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you all enjoy this chapter!*

---- 6 months after the engagement ----

The sun was shining brightly as I stood under the shade of a gazebo that was near the lake, dressed in a newly bought, short, white formal dress. Today was the day that I, Estelle Rodriguez, was going to get married to the man of my dreams. Sure the whole romance, engagement, and wedding was too fast for some people, but I know how I feel about Jay, and he knows how he feels about me. We're ready for this type of commitment, even if we are still fairly young, we know that our love and marriage will be forever, even if others don't believe it.

After a couple hours of waiting, the guests began to arrive, it was starting to get dark, which meant that Jay should be arriving shortly. We had originally planned on having a early afternoon wedding here, but decided that having the wedding at night time would be more romantic.

When the sky had fully darkened, allowing the moon and stars to come out and shine their light upon the town of Twinbrook the rest of the guests arrived. There was even a guest that I had not expected to see there, especially since he had pulled what he did a few years ago when I was still new to the area. Shamus and I did remain friends, but very distant friends, it was actually quite awkward to see him now, and it didn't help that he was still working at the hospital. We never actually had another conversation since that last phone call when he had invited me over to his house to hang out. However, I was very glad that we didn't talk much since I don't think he would be able to say a word that I could believe anymore. The rumor is though that he does feel terrible about what happened, and how much it upset and hurt me, and I suppose showing up to my wedding was his way of apologizing, but it doesn't change how I feel about our friendship, sadly.

Before long though, a figure came walking up the steps to the gazebo, and my eyes lit up, it was Jay. Now the ceremony could begin.

From this moment I have been blessed,
I live only for your happiness.
And for your love I'd give my last breath,
From this moment on.

I give my hand to you with all my heart,
Can't wait to live my life with you, can't wait to start.
You and I will never be apart,
My dreams came true because of you.

From this moment as long as I live,
I will love you, I promise you this.
There is nothing I wouldn't give,
From this moment on.

You're the reason I believe in love,
And you're the answer to my prayers from up above.
All we need is just the two of us,
My dreams came true because of you.

This is how many guests that came, but they all couldn't make it up there inside of the gazebo before the ceremony started, except for Molly Coddle and Shamus Drudge, they apparently had dibs on being the first ones up there. So they all just stood around down there until the couple was married haha.
